Use of Coupons
From time to time, Lunart MarketPlace will offer website-wide promotional coupon codes that can be applied to most of orders. Individual sellers may offer separate coupon codes for their products. Please note that only one discount code is able to be redeemed per order. The discount codes must be entered correctly at the time of placing the order, otherwise we cannot guarantee your discount will be added. In addition, orders placed prior to the promotion cannot be back dated. Unfortunately we are unable to amend orders to reflect the discount after an order has processed and we do not offer refunds for discount codes forgotten or not placed correctly at checkout.
Is my payment protected?
Absolutely! Lunart MarketPlace complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) and we use a very safe payment gateway 'Stripe'. In no circumstances Lunart MarketPlace shares any personal information to a third party and all the transactions are made directly through Stripe. In order for sellers to connect to Stripe Account to receive payments, their identity needs be fully verified by Stripe to reduce any types of risks. Stripe is known to be one of the safest payment gateways you can come across online.
Is GST Included In My Order?
Your order may contain products sold by third party sellers on Lunart Marketplace. While the sellers may have different GST obligations, prices are always displayed inclusive of applicable GST. GST may apply to products sold by sellers on the Lunart Marketplace. The sellers are required to provide GST inclusive prices for all products they sell on our marketplace. If GST is charged, the store invoice will indicate this as 'Tax'. Not all sellers will be required to charge GST as they may not meet the requirements for GST registration, so Lunart MarketPlace cannot provide a GST breakdown or tax invoice on behalf of the sellers. IMPORTANT: The Lunart MarketPlace Order Summary is not a tax invoice. How does your shipping work?
The default shipping method is shipping by zone. We offer Australia wide shipping and some sellers offer International shipping. Australia wide (excl. remote area) shipping cost $6.99 per order when ordered from one mini-shop. Some of the items are calculated based on weight. Refund or Exchange
Our refund policy lasts for 28 days unless otherwise specified differently by individual sellers! We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please read our Refund Policy at the bottom of our website for more information.
Do I have to register to order?
By registering, you can check the status of your order at anytime by logging in and you will receive updates on your order through your email address provided. Plus, you will receive discount coupons occasionally! We highly recommend you to register.
What do I get if I subscribe to the newsletter?
You will receive alert on great deals and coupons that you can utilise at the checkout to receive discounts!
Can I sell my products?
