Our general refund policy lasts 28 days. As this is an online marketplace, individual seller may have their own policies and procedures in relation to returns. Please refer to refund policy of each mini shop. If any dispute arises between you and a seller, please email us at support@lunart.com.au.

Change Of Mind Returns

We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at seller’s sole discretion, allow a return for store credit on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:

  • returned to the advised return address within 28 days of order
  • not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging)
  • in a resalable condition
  • and not damaged in any way

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

You can request a refund on your item for a full refund of the purchase price (less postage of the item) .  You are responsible for returning the item to us including postage fees. To return your product, you should mail your product as instructed by individual seller. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at seller’s discretion.

Faulty

On the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, please email us a photograph within 7 days of receipt to the seller directly for a replacement.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 28 days after your order

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to appear on your account. Processing time may differ from bank to bank. If you still have not received your refund yet after 5 working days, please contact the seller directly and in case of any dispute, please contact our support team at support@lunart.com.au

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
